Cancellation Policy Defined

Able Anglers have always had a policy that we do not charge for cancellations, this includes up until the time a session is due to start.

This is a policy that we implemented in 2016 when we first started, in some rare occasions, we do charge, these generally are;

  • When our team are not notified of a cancellation or no attendance and we arrive to pickup a participant, in which case, a 3 hour minimum is charged
  • If a 1-on-1 session is booked and a participant does not attend and do not notify us prior to the session.

In short, these are very rare circumstances.  Our system sends emails to participants every Sunday to advise participants on their booking(s) for the coming week, these emails are a reminder to assist participants to remember when and where their sessions are taking place.
